Jenny McIlwain,
Pre-K Assistant Teacher
Jenny is a Staunton native and Covenant Preschool alumna. Her middle child also attended Covenant, and her youngest will be in Preschool 1 this year. She received her BA in English from the University of the South and her MEd in ESL from Marymount University. She taught preschool, nannied before and during graduate school, and then taught middle school ESL in Alexandria, VA until her first child was born. In her free time, Jenny enjoys running, reading, cooking, and traveling with her family. Early childhood education is her real passion, and she is very excited to be back in the classroom. . .and back at Covenant!
